- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. sharp cheese or baby Swiss for milder flavor
Directions

1Cook, drain and spread sausage in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle cubed bread over sausage.

2Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

3Pour egg mixture over bread and sausage; top with grated cheese.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
