  • 12 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 8 slices cubed white bread, both sides buttered
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage or bacon, cooked
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat eggs and milk.

    Add 1 teaspoon of mustard and salt. Next, add meat and cheese.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.

    Let stand a few minutes before serving.
