- 1 doz. eggs
- 2 lb. sausage
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Lightly spray baking dish with Pam.

2Break eggs into dish. Break yolks, but do not stir.

3Layer with browned and drained sausage, cheese and drained mushrooms.

4Pour whipping cream evenly over top.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 350° for 55 minutes to 1 hour, uncovering after approximately 45 minutes.
