Ingredients
- 10 to 12 slices bread, decrusted and cubed
- 1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham, crumbled
- 12 oz. mild Cheddar, grated
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
Directions

1Pam a 9 x 12-inch pan.

2Place bread on bottom in a single layer.

3Sprinkle meat, then cheese over bread.

4Mix eggs, milk and seasonings.

5Pour over casserole.

6Blend cornflakes and margarine and spread over top of casserole.

7Let stand in fridge overnight. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
