- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 6 slices bread, cubed (crusts cut off optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions

1Beat eggs well.

2add milk, bread cubes, salt, pepper and mustard.

4Pour in a 9x9 inch baking dish.
