- 4 c. bread cubes, dried
- 1 c. ham, diced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Saute onion, pepper, carrot and celery.

2Add to bread cubes, ham and 1/2 cheese; mix well.

3Pour into greased oblong casserole pan.

4Beat egg and milk; pour over bread.

5Mix.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Bake 1 hour at 350°.

8Add rest of cheese. Continue until cheese is melted.
