  • 1 bag hash brown potatoes (frozen)
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

    Mix ingredients and put in casserole.
