- 9 eggs
- 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
- 3 c. milk
- 3 slices white bread, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Directions

1Slightly brown meat and drain on paper towels.

2Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

3Stir in bread, meat and cheese. Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and refrigerate overnight.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Serves 10 to 12 people.
