- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 c. milk
- 6 slices white bread
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Brown sausage; drain well.

2Remove crusts from bread.

3Cut bread into cubes.

4Beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and mustard. Cover bottom of a well-greased 2-quart casserole dish with bread cubes.

5Pour eggs over cubes and layer with sausage and then grated cheese.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Bake next morning at 350° for 1 hour.
