- 1 qt. frozen French-style green beans
- 2 pkg. (sleeves) Club crackers, crushed
- 2 sticks oleo
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- slivered almonds
Directions

1Melt butter; mix in crushed crackers.

2In a bowl, mix all other ingredients except almonds together.

3Press half the cracker crumb mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex casserole.

4Add the green bean mixture.

5Place remaining crumbs and the almonds on top.

6Cook at 350° until bubbly.
