- 2 lb. sausage
- 12 slices bread, cubed
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 9 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Grease a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.

2Brown sausage and drain well.

3Layer bread, sausage and cheese twice.

4Beat together eggs, milk and mustard.

5Pour over layers.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until a knife comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve.
