Ingredients
- 4 to 6 slices cubed bread (crusts removed)
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, fried and drained
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

2Cover the bottom of pan with the cubed bread.

3Cover this layer with cheese and pork sausage. Beat the eggs and combine with the milk and dry mustard.

4Pour over the meat and cheese.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6In the morning, bake in a 350° oven for 60 minutes, uncovered.

7Serve with muffins and fresh fruit.
