Ingredients

  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 green or red pepper, chopped
  • 1 pt. mushrooms, sliced
  • 16 slices bread, cut into cubes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 (8 oz. pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine vegetables, bread and cheeses in greased 8 x 10 x 2-inch pan.

    Combine eggs, milk and mustard; pour over vegetable mixture.

    Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

    Bake at 325° for 60 to 65 minutes.

    Before done, drizzle melted margarine over casserole and bake until done.

    Let stand 10 minutes.
