Ingredients
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 green or red pepper, chopped
- 1 pt. mushrooms, sliced
- 16 slices bread, cut into cubes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 (8 oz. pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 doz. eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine vegetables, bread and cheeses in greased 8 x 10 x 2-inch pan.

2Combine eggs, milk and mustard; pour over vegetable mixture.

3Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

4Bake at 325° for 60 to 65 minutes.

5Before done, drizzle melted margarine over casserole and bake until done.

6Let stand 10 minutes.

7Serve.
