Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage or bacon
- 6 to 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 4 to 6 slices bread, cubed
Directions

1Saute sausage or bacon and drain.

2Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole and put bread cubes in bottom of casserole.

3Crumble sausage or bacon over bread.

4Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt together and pour over meat.

5Sprinkle with cheese.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight or freeze.

7Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

8(Takes about an hour whether frozen or not.)

9Serves 8.
