- 8 to 10 slices cubed bread (white and/or wheat)
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. mushrooms (optional)
- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 5 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. cubed, cooked ham (for extra flavor)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Oil 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Cover bottom with bread.

3Fry loose sausage; drain and sprinkle over bread.

4Add cheeses and mushrooms.

5Combine slightly beaten eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour over bread, meat and cheese mixture.

6Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
