Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 c. milk
  • 12 slices bread
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Brown sausage; drain grease. Crumble up and cool. Trim crusts from bread and cut into cubes.

    Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased 9 x 13-inch rectangular pan. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, bake 60 minutes at 350°.

    Let set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
