- 9 eggs, well beaten
- 3 c. milk
- 3 slices bread, cut into 1/4 cubes
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain sausage.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Place in casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 325° oven for 1 hour, uncovered.
