  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage (bulk)
  • 9 eggs, well beaten
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3 slices bread, cut into 1/4 cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook and drain sausage.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Place in casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 325° oven for 1 hour, uncovered.
