- 16 slices white bread
- 8 ham or turkey slices
- 8 slices Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 c. milk
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Remove crusts or bread and arrange 8 slices in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Lay slices of meat and cheese on bread and top with remaining slices of bread.

3Beat together the eggs, salt, onion salt, dry mustard and milk.

4Pour over sandwiches and refrigerate overnight.

5Make a topping of corn flakes and butter and spread on top of casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
