- 1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
- 8 to 9 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
- 3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Place bread crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Combine cheese, eggs, milk and soup.

3Pour over bread crumbs.

4Sprinkle sausage over top.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
