- 1/2 loaf white bread
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small can evaporated milk
Directions

1Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan or larger.

2Beat together eggs, mustard and milk.

3Pour over bread mixture and refrigerate overnight.

4Next morning cook sausage and crumble over mixture.

5Add mushroom soup and milk and pour over mixture.

6Add cheese.

7Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
