  • 1 (12 oz.) bag hash browns
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. diced or julienne ham
  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz. jack or swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt, optional
  • 1 4 oz. can chilies, diced
  • salsa

Directions

    Grease a pie pan and spread hash browns on bottom, then brush with melted butter.

    Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.

    Then layer ham, chilies, and cheese.

    Beat eggs, add milk, salt and pour over above.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Place salsa on top when serving.
