- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. diced or julienne ham
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz. jack or swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt, optional
- 1 4 oz. can chilies, diced
- salsa
Directions

1Grease a pie pan and spread hash browns on bottom, then brush with melted butter.

2Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.

3Then layer ham, chilies, and cheese.

4Beat eggs, add milk, salt and pour over above.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Place salsa on top when serving.
