- 2 lb. Russet potatoes
- 1 pkg. sliced Canadian bacon
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram (optional)
Directions

1Cook potatoes in jackets until tender; peel and slice.

2Cut bacon slices in halves.

3Butter baking dish and alternate potatoes and bacon.

4Sprinkle with onion and cheese.

5Combine eggs, milk and spices and pour over casserole.

6Bake in a 375° oven for 40 minutes.

7This can be made up a day ahead of time.
