  • 6 slices bread, with crusts removed
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Brown sausage over medium heat.

    Crumble and drain off fat. Spread bread with oleo.
