  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/4 c. half and half
  • 4 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tsp. chopped parsley
