- 8 slices cubed bread
- 3/4 lb. grated sharp cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 lb. cooked sausage
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
Directions

1Place bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix eggs, milk, sausage and mustard.

3Pour over bread.

4Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

5Next morning, mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with a small amount of milk.

6Drain 1 can mushrooms.

7Pour over rest.

8Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300°.

9Can use ham instead of sausage.
