- 2 lb. cooked sausage, drained
- 9 slices bread, cubed (day old bread)
- 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb. grated Monterey cheese
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.

2Layer sausage, then bread cubes and cheese.

3Beat eggs and add milk.

4Pour milk and egg over the other ingredients.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
