  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 6 slices white bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Brown sausage; crumble and drain. Cut bread into cubes and put in 9 x 13 baking dish.

    Sprinkle sausage over bread; put cheese on top of this. Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard; pour this over bread, sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
