  • 10 to 12 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 10 pieces French bread, broken into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and broken into small pieces
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Mix all.

    Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan and refrigerate 15 hours. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour and serve hot.

    Knife should be dry when tested.
