- 2 c. milk
- 10 pieces French bread, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and broken into small pieces
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard

2Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan and refrigerate 15 hours. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour and serve hot.

3Knife should be dry when tested.
