- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 lb. sausage, browned
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. cream, half and half, evaporated milk or whole milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Unroll crescent rolls and press on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan (glass or metal).

2Crumble browned sausage and sprinkle over roll layer.

3Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over sausage layer.

4(May be covered and refrigerated at this point for later use.)

5Combine eggs and milk and add salt and pepper to taste.

6Pour egg mixture over cheese.

7Bake at 425° (400° for glass) for 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs are well set.

8Serves 12.
