  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 9 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 slices bread

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Mix eggs, mustard and salt together. Stir in bread.

    Add sausage and cheese.

    Pour mixture in a 9 x 12-inch greased pan.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
