- 2 c. half and half or light cream
- 9 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bread
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix cream and eggs and allow to stand in refrigerator overnight.

2When ready to prepare, remove from refrigerator. Preheat oven to 300°.

3Cook sausage until done; drain and crumble. Trim crust from bread slices.

4Place them in the bottom of the pan.

5Place the crumbled sausage over the bread.

6Add the grated cheese.

7Pour the egg mixture over the top of the other ingredients.
