- 10 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 c. milk
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 16 oz. croutons
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Place croutons in pan.

3Sprinkle with cheeses.

4Cook sausage, drain and crumble.

5Combine all ingredients and mix well.

6Pour over croutons.

7Refrigerate overnight.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
