- 12 slices white bread, cubed
- 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 lb. hot sausage, fried and drained
- 1 lb. bacon, crisp
- 8 large eggs
- 1 qt. milk
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
Directions

1Butter an 11 x 14-inch pan.

2Put half the bread cubes in bottom.

3Add half the cheese, then sausage mixed with crumbled bacon.

4Add remaining bread and cheese.

5Beat eggs; add milk, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

6Pour over other ingredients. Refrigerate 24 hours.

7Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until brown and done.
