Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
  • 6 slices bread, cubed and cut off crust
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Put in buttered casserole dish. Place bread on top of sausage and cheese.

    Mix all the other stuff and pour over.

    Let set overnight in refrigerator.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
