- 8 slices day-old bread
- 1 lb. cooked sausage
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Break bread into a 13 x 9-inch casserole.

2Layer cooked sausage on bottom.

3Sprinkle cheese over sausage.

4Mix eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk, mustard and salt.

5Pour on top.

6Mix soup and 1/4 cup milk.

7Spread over other mixture.

8Cover with wrap and refrigerate overnight.

9Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
