- 8 to 10 slices bread, torn in large pieces or light bread
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled or turkey bacon
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or low-fat cheese
- 6 eggs or 1 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
- 2 c. milk or skim milk
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper well.

2Butter a 9 x 13-inch casserole.

3Place bread, bacon and cheese in casserole. Pour milk and egg mixture evenly over bread.

4Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

5Bake uncovered at 300° for 1 hour.
