- 8 slices toasted bread
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 c. milk
- several slices American cheese
- croutons
- 6 eggs
- 4 c. cubed ham
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, butter well (about 1/4 cup melted). Cover bottom of pan with bread slices, then cover bread with slices of American cheese, then ham.

2Mix eggs, milk, mustard and pepper.

3Beat vigorously and pour over dry ingredients.

4Top with Cheddar cheese and croutons.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
