- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 cans Mushroom soup
- Italian seasoning
- 2 lbs. sausage
- 8 eggs
- 5 c. milk
- 1 can mushrooms
- onions & peppers, diced (amt. to taste)
Directions

1Fry and drain sausage.

2Put everything in large bowl and stir well.

3Put into extra large baking dish.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hrs.
