  • 1 pkg. herbed croutons
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 cans Mushroom soup
  • Italian seasoning
  • 2 lbs. sausage
  • 8 eggs
  • 5 c. milk
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • onions & peppers, diced (amt. to taste)

Directions

    Fry and drain sausage.

    Put everything in large bowl and stir well.

    Put into extra large baking dish.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hrs.
