Bailey’S Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 5-1/3 ounces, weight Butter
  • 5-1/3 ounces, weight Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5-1/3 ounces, weight Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Sugar
  • 6 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons, 4-5/8 pinches Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Almonds

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar properly, then add the eggs. Stir the flour in slowly and add baking powder and vanilla sugar.

    Pour the Bailey's into the mixture slowly and stir well, then add the ground almonds.

    Preaheat the oven to 170°C (about 340°F). Baking time is 20-25 minutes.
