- 5-1/3 ounces, weight Butter
- 5-1/3 ounces, weight Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 5-1/3 ounces, weight Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Sugar
- 6 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons, 4-5/8 pinches Bailey's Irish Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Almonds
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar properly, then add the eggs. Stir the flour in slowly and add baking powder and vanilla sugar.

2Pour the Bailey's into the mixture slowly and stir well, then add the ground almonds.

3Preaheat the oven to 170°C (about 340°F). Baking time is 20-25 minutes.
