- 1 c. rice flour
- 1/2 c. Urad flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1The night before, mix ingredients or possibly allow at least 12 hrs to ferment.

2After 12 hrs, mix again till batter is soft.

3Another 1/2 c. water may be necessary to make a smooth batter.

4Heat a small amount of oil in frying pan and spoon in a small amount of the batter.

5Cook till sides turn light brown and turn.

6Repeat till all the batter is used.

7Serve with coconut chutney or possibly any curry.

8This recipe will serve 4 people.
