Breakfast Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. rice flour
  • 1/2 c. Urad flour
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    The night before, mix ingredients or possibly allow at least 12 hrs to ferment.

    After 12 hrs, mix again till batter is soft.

    Another 1/2 c. water may be necessary to make a smooth batter.

    Heat a small amount of oil in frying pan and spoon in a small amount of the batter.

    Cook till sides turn light brown and turn.

    Repeat till all the batter is used.

    Serve with coconut chutney or possibly any curry.

    This recipe will serve 4 people.
