Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon or ham
- 1 doz. eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 8 slices bread
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1First butter 9 x 13-inch pan well.

2Trim crust off bread and cube bread.

3Place bread cubes in bottom of pan.

4Blend eggs and milk and add salt and pepper to taste.

5Pour over bread cubes. Cut bacon in small pieces; fry and drain.

6Put the bacon or ham, if you prefer, on next.

7Then sprinkle the cheese on top.

8Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

9Take out of refrigerator 1/2 hour before baking.

10Bake 1 hour at 350° or until done.
