  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 lb. sausage or bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions

    In the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, crumble 2 slices of bread.

    Cook and drain sausage or bacon; beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper.

    Put cooked, drained sausage or bacon over bread crumbs.

    Pour egg mixture over; cover with grated cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
