- 2 slices bread
- 1 lb. sausage or bacon
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1In the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, crumble 2 slices of bread.

2Cook and drain sausage or bacon; beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper.

3Put cooked, drained sausage or bacon over bread crumbs.

4Pour egg mixture over; cover with grated cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
