  • 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. chopped ham
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Layer potatoes, onion, Cheddar cheese, ham and Mozzarella cheese in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Beat eggs in bowl. Add milk and salt; mix well. Pour over layers. Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into squares to serve. Serves 9 to 12.
