  • 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Partially thaw the potatoes and break into pieces in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour the half and half over the top of the potatoes.

    Then add the melted butter.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Serves 14 to 16.
