- 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 2 c. half and half
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Partially thaw the potatoes and break into pieces in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Pour the half and half over the top of the potatoes.

3Then add the melted butter.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6Serves 14 to 16.
