- 2 1/2 c. herbed croutons
- 2 c. shredded medium sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 small c. mushrooms
- 2 lb. sausage
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. mushroom soup
Directions

1Place croutons in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole.

2Top with cheese.

3Cook sausage in skillet until brown; drain on paper towels.

4Place sausage over cheese.

5Beat eggs; mix with mustard, milk, mushroom soup and mushrooms.

6Pour over sausage.

7May be refrigerated overnight.

8Bake in preheated 300° oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
