- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Syrup, To Serve

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2In a medium bowl, beat the eggs together. Add the milk and butter, mix well. Combine the flour and sugar to the bowl and beat thoroughly. Pour into a greased 2.2 quart baking dish; it will be thin but it puffs up.

3Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with syrup.
