  • 2 -4 cups frozen hash browns
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 -4 slice American cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • feta cheese
  • hot sauce

Directions

    Fry hasbrowns with oil until golden brown and crispy.

    while they are cooking, chop bell pepper, yellow onion and mushrooms and cook on med heat with some oil.

    Once Hasbrowns are done place on a plate and place 2-4 slices of cheese on top.

    Place one egg, cooked to your choice, over easy is best, per slice of cheese.

    Top with cooked veggies.

    Top veggies with crumbled feta.

    Top that with Tomatoes.
  8. 8
    Serve with favorite hot sauce.
