- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 -4 slice American cheese
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 small yellow onion
- sliced mushrooms
- 1 small tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- feta cheese
- hot sauce
Directions

1Fry hasbrowns with oil until golden brown and crispy.

2while they are cooking, chop bell pepper, yellow onion and mushrooms and cook on med heat with some oil.

3Once Hasbrowns are done place on a plate and place 2-4 slices of cheese on top.

4Place one egg, cooked to your choice, over easy is best, per slice of cheese.

5Top with cooked veggies.

6Top veggies with crumbled feta.

7Top that with Tomatoes.

8Serve with favorite hot sauce.
