- 1 c. loose packed hash browns
- 1 c. sausage, browned
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
Directions

1Thaw hash brown potatoes.

2Place rolls on ungreased pizza pan. Sprinkle with potatoes and sausage that has oil drained off.

3Top with Cheddar cheese.

4Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

5Pour onto crust.

7Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.
