- 1 lb. sausage (hot)
- 1 (8 count) pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen loose-pack hash browns
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt (I use none)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain off excess fat. Separate crescent dough into triangles.

2Place in a pan, sprayed lightly with no-stick spray, with points toward the center (use 12-inch pizza pan).

3Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations.

4Spoon sausage over crust.

5Sprinkle with potatoes.

6Top with Cheddar cheese.
