  • 8 eggs
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 (10 count) can biscuits
  • cheese (flavor optional)
  • ham (optional)

Directions

    Spread biscuits to fit shape of 9 x 11-inch pan; cover entire bottom.

    Spread cooked and crumbled bacon and sausage evenly on top of biscuit layer, then ham.

    Mix eggs in large bowl.

    Add cheese to egg mixture or sprinkle on top of bacon and sausage. Pour egg mixture evenly into pan and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until done. Cut into squares, circles or pizza shapes. Enjoy.
